Infamous (stylized as inFAMOUS) is a sandbox-style video game . It was developed by Sucker Punch Productions and was published by Sony Computer Entertainment. The game was released internationally in May and June 2009. The story is represented in comic book cut-scenes which are amazing. The story itself is an extraordinary piece of work, a huge twist in the end will explain every single detail of the whole campaign.nfamous is an open world game set in a fictional empire city which has been destroyed by a huge blast. The most interesting thing in the blast is the source of it, a package in the hands of a delivery boy named Cole. Sure, the whole city is in ruins and all the citizens are dead or dying, but what was happening to Cole was a completely opposite situation. He became stronger and gained the ability to hone electricity and use it for his own preference. Later on in the story you will understand why he gained those abilities from the blast and who was responsible for it but I won’t spoil the game for you.

The game was received well by the gaming press. It was praised for many of its elements, including the implementation of Cole’s powers and climbing agility, and the game’s content and mission structure, as well as the sum of these elements that makes the game very alluring. Reviewers commented on the repetitive nature of combat and enemies, limitations of the Karma system, and technical aspects in the graphical display. Infamous was also compared and contrasted to Radical Entertainment’s Prototype, a video game released the following month with many similar elements of Infamous, including exploration of an open world-style city in despair by a protagonist with developing superpower.
